Due to hygiene purposes we are unable to offer returns. 

If you are not 100% satisfied with your product, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

If you have any issues regarding faulty items, please email us immediately and include clear pictures with a description of the fault. We will then offer a replacement, or refund if the product has been recalled or is out of stock.

Due to the nature of the product, faulty products must be returned within a reasonable time frame to warrant a refund or replacement. Wear and tear on an item is not considered as a fault after an extended period of time from the date of purchase.
